Mobile shopping done as part of the bank application is gaining popularity. At the beginning, it was only an interesting trend, but it turned out to be a useful feature which helps clients in everyday life.
Santander, the first bank in Poland that incorporated shopping services into its mobile banking app, shows a constant increase in the value of e-commerce transactions. In September 2018 the service grew nearly 80% year-over-year.
An application developed by FINANTEQ, Santander Mobile, has won the award for the best mobile application in an online vote. During the following gala, FINANTEQ Poznań Team, together with representatives of the Bank, received the statuette for the first place.
